From central Orlando, drive north on S Rosalind Ave., continuing onto N Magnolia Ave. Turn right onto E Colonial Dr. at the corner with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida and continue east for 0.6 miles to find VisionMax on your right, at the corner of E Colonial Dr. and Hyer Ave.
From Altamonte Springs, head south on Maitland Ave. and turn right onto US-17 S/US-92 W/S Orlando Ave. Continue south for 4.8 miles and turn right onto E Colonial Dr. at the corner with the CVS Pharmacy. You will find us on your left in 0.1 miles, immediately after passing Hyer Ave.

Orlando began as an area called Jernigan, named after the cattleman Aaron Jernigan, who was its first permanent settler in 1842. Jernigan’s name was changed to Orlando in 1857; Orlando was incorporated as a town in 1875, then as a city in 1885. Throughout its history, Orlando as undergone several periods of major growth, the most recent occurring in the first decade of the 21st century.
Today, Orlando serves as the county seat of Orange County. Its population numbers 238,300 in an area of just over 110 square miles. Orlando was named America’s most visited city in 2009, thanks to its large number of wold-class attractions, which include Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld Orlando.
